How to have a good day

6 Feb

6 Feb 2013_How to have a good dayI was looking at this list “How to have a good day” but I don’t think I accomplished too many of them.

Be pleasant – check, or at least I hope I was ;)

Smile and laugh – hysterical laughter late this afternoon maybe when it all seemed too much

Make cookies – I wish!

Dance freely – hmm, I was dashing between desk and printer and waiting impatiently for documents to print. Could that be considered dancing?!

Think a little – actually I probably thought a lot. My brain feels tired

Talk to your friends – well I did talk to work colleagues whom I consider friends

Accomplish something – debatable ;)

Actually I did start the day with a swim so I guess I did accomplish something. I managed 1.5km and I wasn’t feeling as tired as last week when I swam the day after the Summer Series run.

Its back to running tomorrow – an 11km run before work.

Did you have a good day? :)

Every days a good day, just go with the flow. I did most from the list, but can’t dance & certainly can’t make cookies.

Sometimes it takes more than just going with the flow. Unfortunately now is one of those times.

I particularly like the make cookies suggestion.

I must remember to dance more, even if it is in the kitchen where no-one can see me!

It’s better for everyone if I dance where no-one can see me – I have 2 left feet, I’m such a klutz!
