Ever have one of those days when you feel like you have absolutely no running style whatsoever and feel like you have two left feet and you’re about as graceful as a baby elephant in a china shop? That you’re the example experts provide when they’re showing people how not to run?
That was me this morning. I was so uncoordinated and felt like I was running knock kneed (not a pretty image I must say). I was stumbling over non-existent obstacles though fortunately nothing serious happened. I’m still in one piece!
I can’t blame it on tiredness. I’d had 2 rest days and a decent night’s sleep.
I am a klutz. I walk into things, I trip over, I fall. Doing a CJ (falling over during a run) – that’s my claim to fame.
I guess this morning was just one of those days and its on days like these that I appreciate the cover of darkness! No-one can see me being a klutz!

I’ve seen this pic lots of times. I can so relate. You are among good klutz friends
Thanks Liz that makes me feel so much better! The scars on my knees are testament to my klutziness!
