I have three goals for tomorrow’s run.
1. To get to the start line – I think I’ll achieve this one
2. To make it to the finish line.
3. To finish within 4 hours.
I’m not aiming high given its been a while since I’ve run a marathon and I’ve been injury-prone for the last 4 years. Also, I’m about 4-5kg heavier than when I last ran one.
Today has been my third day of carb loading so I’m feeling like a fatty boombah about now. Think I might’ve indulged too much in pizza and rice pudding!
Oh well, I have a little run to do tomorrow morning – that should help
